For the second time this summer, Lewiston native Kasey Boucher will be wearing the Red, White, and Blue. The 21-year-old defenseman who plays for Boston University was named to the Women’s National Team for the upcoming Twelve Nations Invitational Tournament Series that runs from August 24th-31 in Vierumäki, Finland.

Last week she suited up for Team USA’s U-22 team for a three games series against Team Canada in Toronto. Canada won all three games and Boucher had no points in the series.

Boucher was apart of the 2008 Under-18 team that defeated Canada 5-2 in the Gold Medal Game to capture the inaugural IIHF World Under-18 Championships that took place in Calgary, Alberta.
