South Burlington, VT – Sophomore Jon Rutt (Scarborough, Maine) set up three goals as the University of Southern Maine defeated Saint Michael’s College, 6-2, in an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men’s East game Saturday afternoon at Cairns Arena. Gatineau, QC- Seven Olympiques had two or more points in the 6-2 victory over the Lewiston Maineiacs. Buffalo Sabres prospect, Paul Bryon had a goal and two assists and Maxime Mallette added two goals. Goaltender Maxime Clermont made 23 saves in the victory. Eric Gelinas had a goal and an assist in the losing effort.
