MacArthur and Mancari Agree to Qualifying Offers
By Chris Roy Published: 16th July 2008Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier announced today that forwards Clarke MacArthur and Mark Mancari have accepted their qualifying offers. It’s expected that Mancari will play a vital role in the development of the youth in Portland.
